Islam of ISIS as compared to the one found on “DISQUS”
Islam of ISIS as compared to the one found on
“Disqus” Is a very good social discussion channel. It keeps you engaged with the responses of the people on your comments by sending you emails. So you never leave the track of any discussion you generally commented on. When you go into any such social channel there you find various people with diverse opinions on the same issues and same is the case with Islam. Whenever you start a discussion on “Disqus” which tends to be mildly anti-Islamic, you are bombarded with the accusation of being Islamophobe, hate monger, Bigot, and you can add whatever you want, to this list.
Definitely there are 1.6 billion Muslims in the world, second largest after Christianity. They would come in the aid of Islam and start to tell you the background of the violent verses of Quran which are Prima facie very clear in their plain reading. And the first and foremost rule of interpretation is to give the plain meaning to the verses of Quran. If you want to see the Quran in the Historic background then you should not use it in the present times. But then You, Muslims, also try to convince us that Quran is for all Times and it’s not a history book.
But the important thing is, let’s see what Allah says to those people who try to give their own interpretation to the plain Quranic verses.
Quran 47.20 ( Tafsir jalalyn) “And those who believe say, seeking to take part in the struggle: ‘Why has a sūra not been revealed?’, [one] in which there is mention of the [command to participate in the] struggle. But when a definitive sūra is revealed, one in which nothing is abrogated (naskh), and fighting, that is to say, requirement for it, is mentioned in it, you see those in whose hearts is a sickness, that is, doubt — and they are the hypocrites — looking at you with the look of someone fainting at [the point of] death, because of [their] fear of it and [their] aversion to it; in other words, they fear fighting and are averse to it. Yet more fitting for them (fa-awlā lahum is a subject, the predicate of which [is the following, tā‘atun wa-qawlun ma‘rūfun])”
Now this verse makes a clear distinction between peaceful hypocrite Muslims who do not want to take part in struggle (Jihad) and try to interpret many clear verses of Quran like Quran 9.29 in historical scenario. Quran admonishes you, who are afraid of taking part in Struggle.
On the other hand the head of ISIS , Abu Bakar Al Baghdadi, who is BA, MA and Phd in Islamic Studies, he is the one Allah is talking about in this verse as devout Muslim. All the Muslims out there on Disqus or anywhere else trying to portray a peaceful hypocrite image of Islam are admonished by Allah.
Abu Bakar Al Baghdadi , or ISIS has sent many letters justifying there atrocities like this one after Paris Attacks , they mentioned two verses of Quran in it, One was Quran 59.2 “It is He who expelled the ones who disbelieved among the People of the Scripture from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think they would leave, and they thought that their fortresses would protect them from Allah; but [the decree of] Allah came upon them from where they had not expected, and He cast terror into their hearts [so] they destroyed their houses by their [own] hands and the hands of the believers. So take warning, O people of vision”.
The second verse mentioned by Abu Bakar Al Baghdadi was specifically for those hypocrites who are afraid of “taking part in struggle”. He mentioned partial verse of Quran 63.8 as " And to Allah belongs [all] honor, and to His Messenger, and to the believers, but the hypocrites do not know.”
This chapter 63 of Quran is about hypocrites and secondly I don’t see Abu Bakar Al Baghdadi Interpreting these verses in historic scenario and he is better qualified than most of you, so called intellectuals.
My point in all this discussion is that you hypocrite Muslims don’t have to make me understand what I already clearly understand about the religion of violence. I consider Islam a violent religion calling for the death of the Jews, Christians, Non-believers etc. I have this opinion engraved on my heart but I am not killing anyone with a different opinion than me. Don’t waste your energies on me.
What you need to do is to write your views in open letters to ISIS or Abu Bakar Al Baghdadi to make him understand what you wrongly understand about Islam. Be a man take a step, try to make a difference on personal level at least. But don’t fool the innocent people around you. Instead of being hypocrite for Islam try to address the root cause of the problem. If an Irish man can write a letter to ISIS, why can’t you. I tell you why not. Because Quran is very clear in fact Quran also claims to be very clear (Quran 27.1). It’s you who are hypocrite trying to present soft acceptable image of Islam to civilized people. You don’t have the intention of reforming Islam, you only have the intention of deceiving people into believing that Islam is a religion of Peace. It suits you as Allah says “ Allah is the best of deceivers” (Quran 3.54 , 8.30), so you must be worst of deceivers, at least for living in Western countries, enjoying social and other benefits but at the same time calling for the death of these western countries Just because Quran (5.51) says “O ye who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians for friends. They are friends one to another. He among you who taketh them for friends is (one) of them. Lo! Allah guideth not wrongdoing folk.”
Till next Stay blessed and happy.
